Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

当社はすべてのクライアント情報および調査結果を機密として扱います。当社は、サービス提供に必要な場合や法律で要求される場合を除き、お客様の情報を第三者に開示しません。お客様は当社の独自の方法論や調査技術の機密性を維持することに同意するものとします。
当社のサービスは、いかなる種類の保証もなく「現状のまま」提供されます。法律で許容される最大限の範囲で、当社はすべての明示的または黙示的な保証を否認します。
いかなる場合も、Juice AIは、当社のサービスの使用に起因または関連する間接的、偶発的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的損害について責任を負わないものとします。
本規約に起因または関連するいかなる請求に対する当社の総責任は、請求前の12ヶ月間にお客様が当社に支払ったサービス料金を超えないものとします。
お客様は、当社のサービスの使用または本規約の違反から生じるいかなる請求、損害、損失、責任、および費用（法的費用を含む）からJuice AIを補償し、免責することに同意するものとします。
いずれの当事者も書面による通知をもって契約を終了することができます。終了時：
本規約は、その抵触法の規定にかかわらず、日本の法律に従って解釈されるものとします。
本規約に基づいて生じるいかなる紛争も、東京都において、英語で、単独の仲裁人の前で行われる仲裁によって解決されるものとします。
当社は、本規約を随時更新することがあります。重要な変更については、更新された規約を当社のウェブサイトに掲載することでお知らせします。変更後も当社のサービスを継続して利用することは、改訂された規約への同意を意味します。
